**PEACH BANANA SMOOTHIE**

I have yet to meet a person who doesn't like smoothies. They are so yummy and so delicious, definitely one of my favorites. I must admit I have been spending much more time in the kitchen. (Practice makes perfect right) Haha. I am truly having so much fun, and it feels good to know my body is benefiting from all the nutritious foods I am giving it. The Peach Banana smoothie is super easy to make. Peaches are packed with nutrients including vitamin A & C, potassium, calcium, and beta carotene. Our bodies need daily doses of these important vitamins. Why not eat something that not only taste good, but also helps provide the body with much needed nutrients. Learn more here

Ingredients:
*2 Frozen chopped up Peaches freeze over night (pre-frozen fruit will also work)
*1 Frozen  chopped Banana freeze over night
*2-3 tablespoons of 100% maple syrup, or raw agave nectar (You choose your favorite sweetner)
*1 cup of  filtered water or almond milk ( You can choose I used water this time around, but nut milk will work perfect as well)

Place all items inside the blender. Blend until smooth and you achieve your desired
texture. ENJOY its serious pure bliss hehehehe :-). I topped mine with Maca Powder. Its super healthy for you Read Here

You cant taste the maca powder at all. Feel free to add Chia Seeds, Hemp seeds, or flax seeds to the top of your smoothies as well. Its a great way to sneak in extra nutrition. Kids will love this as well, its sweet and is a perfect substitute snack instead of chips, cookies, candy etc.

Happy transition to being a Health Nut :-)
