*Kiwi Banana IceCream*

The wonderful thing about eating raw foods is you get to eat sweet treats for breakfast. WOOT! Kiwi Banana icecream is another simple yet yummy dish.

*Ingredients*
1 & 1/2 frozen banana
1-2 frozen kiwi's
1 tablespoon of sweetener (I used raw agave)
1-2 table spoon of  unsweetened almond milk or water (I used almond milk)
Food Processor

*Directions*

1. Freeze your bananas & kiwis over night and place in food processor

2. Add sweetener & nutmilk
3. Allow to process for 2-4 minutes until you have a creamy soft serve texture
4. Transfer soft serve into a airtight container and allow to freeze for 1-3 hours depending on the texture you want your ice cream. I allowed mine to chill for longer because I wanted the harder texture of non soft serve ice cream.
5. Take out when you have your desired texture and use a ice cream scoop to spoon into dish. I topped mine with additional kiwi and blueberries! Enjoy :-)

**Raw Sushi**

I am going to show two ways to make meatless sushi. One way for all raw vegans and the other way for vegans/vegetarians. These sushi rolls turned out tasty and I made them 2 days in a row!

*Raw Vegan Sushi Ingredients* per 1 serving of 6 rolls

1Nori Seaweed sheet Purchase Here
1-2 chopped up organic cucumbers
1-2 shredded or chopped organic carrots
1 chopped avocado
Tamari or Shoyu sauce Purchase Here
Sharp Knife
Optional: Sprouts
Optional: But recommend Sushi Mat to roll Purchase Here
Optional: Organic brown rice for vegans/vegetarians

Directions:

1.Chop your veggies up if making raw sushi
Note:(If making vegan/vegetarian sushi then you would boil your organic brown rice first then chop your veggies when rice is almost complete)

2. After veggies are ready lay out 1 Nori Sheet on sushi mat if you have one
Note: 1 Nori Sheet makes about 6 rolls

3. Place your chopped veggies + avocado on edge of nori sheet
If adding rice add at same time as veggies

4. Sprinkle Himalayan Salt, Black Pepper, Onion, Garlic Powder + Cayenne pepper or any seasonings you prefer

5. Now its time to roll. If you have a mat it easier but I dont have my mat yet so I used my hands which worked perfect. You want to roll as tight as possible.

6. Once you get to the end  of roll spinkle water on the edge to seal wrap in place.
7. Next step is to cut them. You need a sharp knife for this step. I actually pointed my knife down to slice. It may feel a little difficult to slice through at first just rub roll with a tiny bit of water which will help guide your knife.

 8. Slice and place your rolls on plate. You place the veggies back inside roll when it comes out as you cut them.

9. Enjoy Your Raw Vegan Sushi
Note: Add a tiny bit fresh ginger to your tamari or shoyu sauce for a nice extra boost of flavor

*Fruit Cup*

So at times I have a craving for sweets and I needed to find something that would be fulfilling and satisfy my sweet tooth. Making a fruit cup is a perfect way to eat good sweets that's actually good for the body.

What you need:
Per 1 Serving
5-6 Grapes
1 Sliced Kiwis
Hand full of Pomegranate seeds
4-5 Sliced Strawberries
8-10 fresh blueberries
4-6 fresh raspberries
Optional: Thai coconut milk for coconut cream topping
Optional: Raw Cocao Nibs

**Directions**

If you choose to use Thai coconut milk to make all natural coco cream let it sit in refrigerator over night. In the morning don't shake just scoop the top white thicker layer off into a bowl and leave the liquid. Then you can whisk for 5-10 minutes, add a tiny bit 1teaspoon of powdered sugar to sweeten. I let mine chill in freezer for a additional 5 minutes. When you have the desired texture for the cream you can scoop on top of fruit and add cocao nibs. Full Blog on Coco Cream Click Here

1.Slice all fruit of choice up. Feel free to add pineapples, oranges, bananas etc. Its totally up to you.
2. Add to your favorite dish or cup
3. Place coconut cream on top and cocoa nibs and enjoy this lovely sweet snack. Super simple, easy, and so healthy!

Lemons contain vitamin C which will boost your immune system and help fight illness/disease and promote healing. The juice from lemons can help heal scars & fade dark spots. Yup lemons are pretty amazing!

**Apple health benefits- We all heave heard the saying "A apple a day keeps the doctor away" well there is a reason behind it. Apples are so good for the human body and are loaded with a ton of vitamins including vitamins A, C, potassium which promote heart health, and small amounts of phosphorus, iron and calcium. Apples contain 5% protein and have fiber which helps cleanse and detoxify the body pushing out heavy metals & toxins.
