Any fruit with the world BERRY in it is extremely good for you. Raspberries are definitely at the top of that list! Banana's- For the athletes out there eat 2 or 3 banana's before a workout and they will provide you with energy. Lets Get you Started on making the: RASPBERRY MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE


12-15 Frozen Raspberries
1 Frozen Mango sliced up & 1 frozen Banana

Place all  fruits inside the blender

Add 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener. I used 100% organic Maple Syrup Purchase here

Add 1/2 cup or water or your favorite nut milk. I used alkaline water.

Add 1 teaspoon or tablespoon depending on how much you want of chia seeds, flax seeds, or hemp seeds. The seeds will provide additional fiber, protein, and essential amino acids Read Here. Blend all ingredients until you achieve desired texture.
