*Raw Mango Sorbet*

This fresh raw yummy mango sorbet was quite the treat. It was tasty, simple, and satisfying.Mangos are rich in minerals, antioxidants, fiber, digestive enzymes, and vitamins. Eating mangos will help boost your immune system helping to fight off illness and protect against many cancers, clear your skin, and help with creating a alkaline environment inside your body.

*What you need:
1-2 frozen yellow mangos (I pre-sliced mine and put them in freezer overnight I prefer mine to have a ice cold texture this can be made with out freezing your mangos as well, but I think it taste better with frozen mangos)

1 Lemon (For fresh lemon juice)

2 tablespoons of sweetener (I used 1 table spoon of 100%maple syrup & 1tablespoon of raw agave)

A Food Processor (Blender will work but food processor works much better) Purchase Here

*Directions*

1. Place your frozen mangos inside food processor

 2. Squeeze your lemon juice inside
4.Add sweetener and allow to process 3-5 minutes (Or until you have achieved the desired texture)
5. Scoop into a dish or glass. Feel free to allow your sorbet to chill in freezer for a additional 5-7 minutes for a extra icy texture. I ate mine right away, its yummy. Top with your favorite fruit, I added pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

Here is a short video of me making the sorbet click below to watch ;-)

Hugs,
