* Blueberry Mango Peach Ice Cream*

You don't have to go buy ice cream from the store any longer. Dairy is terrible for the human body which is why many people have dairy allergies, and have lactose intolerance. Dairy is hard for the body to break down, is most time's loaded with unnatural hormones, and it creates a acidic environment inside your body which is where disease will thrive. Learn More Here(this dairy list include american's most favorite milk, cheese, dairy yogurt etc).  Read labels before buying foods. Many foods contain casein which is terrible for you Read HERE. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STUFF. Many will scream where can I get calcium (Calcium is available in collard greens, Kale, Spinach, almonds and many other nutritious foods. I use to eat cheese like it was no longer going to be available on earth lol and my digestive system was sooo screwed up because of it. I had to do better with eating. I was clogging my poor intestines with all this bad stuff and wondering why my skin kept having crazy acne outbreaks. My body was crying out for help and only I could change it. Most times symptoms from something going on internal will appear externally often times on your face. I don't know about you but when my skin break's out it makes me super upset. I try hard now to eat foods that will help cleanse my entire system. This is a big part of the reason I became a Health Nut. I now drink almond milk and have seen a big difference in my body since I stopped drinking milk years ago. Try it for your self, start slow and go 2 weeks no dairy and see if you can tell the difference. Its a process but once you begin to see results you will want to get rid of all foods that hurt your body and hinder your health.

*Vitamix Blender Review*

OMGGGGGG I LOVEEEEEEEE MY VITAMIX #Inserts flip here LOL!! WOOHOOO. I literally have had it just a couple days now, and all I can say is I cant believe I waited so long. I had to do a review right away because I am so blown away. This Blender is a MUST HAVE kitchen appliance. It literally is a combination of a bunch of appliances combined. It can be a juicer, it literally can make any kind of nut butters, it makes any kind of nut milks, soups, flour etc. I am amazed at the power of this machine. Who ever designed it was a pure genius. I am so happy I finally purchased one. Yes it cost a pretty penny, but you cant put a price on health "right". This is a dream machine. Definitely worth the investment if you truly want to pursue the healthy eating world. I say YES. I have made a few different things in one day. It is so fun hahah. You can order the Vitamix through a few different sources directly through Vitamix Click Here. You can do a payment plan through QVC Purchase Here. You can also order off of Amazon or Costo  Click Here. The Vitamix comes in a few different options with various speeds. I choose the 5200 version. I am officially all smiles and so happy I made the purchase/investment.Just wanted to share with anyone wondering if they should dish out the cash for this amazing blender. I vote absolutely YES!!!
I also recently got a Paderno Veggie Spirilizer. It's also amazing.

You can make fruit's and veggie's look so cool. You can also make many raw food dishes with this appliance which is the true reason I purchased. Will post showing the Paderno put to use soon. I found mine online at amazon for 25$ Order Here
I love my two new kitchen appliance's and would definitely recommend them as kitchen necessities.
I am now #teamvitamix and #teampaderno LOL

While I am at it I might as well share which Juicer I use. I picked it up from Macy's a few years back. It's a Sharper Image. Works decent, and does what its suppose to do "Make Juice" haha. But it leaves lots of pulp in my opinion so I feel as if i'm wasting fruit. It's on sale for a little over 60$ It definitely works, but not as well as some of the more expensive juicers. I am more into making smoothies and sorbets than juicing which is why I decided to invest in a better blender instead of a juicer. If you are interested Amazon has it on sale Buy here

*SWEET POTATOES* Yumm Yumm

So any food that starts with sweet, I am interested in trying haha. I often times have the biggest sweet tooth on earth, and instead of buying tons of bad filled sweets, why not find good sweet's that are actually nutritious for your body. I absolutely love sweet potatoes not only are they delicious they are packed with vitamins C which will boost your immune system, vitamin D which helps build healthy bones, iron which helps provide energy, magnesium which helps with artery health and the list goes on Read More Here. I wanted to include more sweet potatoes in my diet of course for the health benefits, and to take care of my sometimes over happy sweet tooth LOL. Here are two recipes to make amazing tasting sweet potatoes.

**SWEET POTATOES FRIES**
1. Bake sweet potatoes for 30-45 mins or until soft. I usually heat oven at 400-450 degrees ( Helps cook them quicker) You can also boil as well for 30 mins or so which ever works best for you

2. Once they are soft but not mushy ( you want to be able to cut them up) take out of oven and slice into pieces.

3.You will want to add vegan butter, or grass fed butter to pan and let pre heat Purchase Vegan Butter here

4. Add cinnamon and nutmeg a teaspoon mixed half & half ( or to taste of course)
5. Drizzle with actual maple syrup and enjoy -You can sprinkle maple syrup sugar on top as well as they cook (YUMMY).

6.Top with Maple Glazed pecans to top this dish off. (Will post soon on how to make your own maple pecans)

**SWEET POTATOE APPLE FILLED PANCAKES**

Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potatoe's (Makes about 6 small pancakes)
2 table spoons of Maple Syrup (To taste add more to sweeten)
2 table spoons off Almond Milk
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon & Nutmeg
1 tablespoon of Coconut flour of unbleached organic flour
1 apples
2 pinches of baking soda (Dont add to much LITERALLY a pinch)

Directions:
1. Heat sweet potatoe in oven at 400-450 degrees and allow the potatoe to cook until mushy
2. Remove the skin and mash the potatoe then add all ingredients
3. Slice apple and add roll mixture or scoop into tiny pancake balls

4. You can either cook on stove for a more crisp pancake or bake for an additional 15-20 mins. Try both and see which one you like better. I usually cook on stove for 3 mins each side and I let them bake, it will make the pancakes burst with flavor. (dont forget to cook in vegan butter, or grassfed butter)Buy here

5. Last Top Pancakes with apples and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Feel free to top with maple syrup and a half teaspoon of "Maca powder"  which is packed with nutrients Read Here

Hope this helps with your sweet tooth cravings as much as it did mine. LOL

Happy Health
